Employment Screening Pricing
Our system makes employment screening easy, fast and affordable. Once your applicant applies for a position with your company all you have to do is login to your user interface. From there you can select the type of screening you wish to conduct on each applicant and our system handles the rest.
All you need is an applicant’s email address and they will be sent all of the required forms to complete the employment screening process.

Additional Pricing Information
File Review Fees – Roughly 3% of the counties in the United States charge a fee for access to their court records. If we encounter one of these counties during your search, these items will be reflected on your invoice as a File Review Fee. Contact us for a list of current counties.
Verification Fees – Many employers and educational institutions outsource their record maintenance requiring fees ranging from $2.00 – $20.00 for access to their records via the internet or mail. These will be reflected on your monthly invoice as a Verification Fee.
Copies – $10 research fee plus the courthouse copy cost for any copies requested in the course of criminal, civil or other investigations.

Application Fee – $120 per end user account.
E-Verify Set Up Fee – $50 per end user account (for I-9 Searches) Used for Employment Eligibility Verification
User Interface Fee – $0.25 per order placed through the user interface.

Pay-As-You-Go – these accounts are auto-billed monthly at the P.A.G. prices.
Tier A – auto-billed monthly at $100 a month. Searches above and beyond the monthly rate are automatically billed at the Tier A prices.
Un-used portions of monthly billing do not roll forward.
Tier B – auto-billed monthly at $250 a month. Searches above and beyond the monthly rate are automatically billed at the Tier B prices.
Un-used portions of monthly billing do not roll forward.
